the left-handed scissors
for the children!
Two factors distinguish the Scissors: the GRIP and
the BLADE. The plastic moulded Grip permits
to use the scissor comfortly, and the stainless steel left-haned
blade are rounded for safety and the blades are on the contrary.
This give you a clear view of the cutting edge and, as important,
allows the cutting action of the left-hand to push the blades
together rather than pushing the blades apart when using
right-handed scissors with your left hand. Left handed children
have more difficulty because the smaller the hand, the more
pronounced is this cuttting action.
(When
a left-hander uses right-handed scissors, they have to push
the thumb and index finger together in an unnatural way
to make the scissors cut, causing marks on the hand and
eventually callouses)
